Welcome to the Madeira Cove Condominium Association Website!

Madeira Cove is a luxury waterfront condominium development located in Madeira Beach, Florida.  "The Cove" is nestled on the shores of Boca Ciega Bay, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Boulevard and 150th Avenue, yet within easy walking distance of the beaches, stores, post office, convenience stores, restaurants, and other shops. Coming west toward the beach on 150th Avenue, the long driveway into Madeira Cove is found by taking the third left turnout after coming over the Tom Stuart Causeway Bridge.

Madeira Cove consists of three buildings with a total of 60 individual residences of approximately 1,350 square feet, overlooking magnificent water views and lush tropical foliage from large lanais. The buildings and grounds are maintained to high standards. All assets are fully reserved and our maintenance fees are reasonable and competetive. Special assessments are very rare and avoided as best as possible.

Our Clubhouse is located on the waterfront and has a wrap around deck for outdoor enjoyment, a meeting room/kitchen, a lending library, and an exercise room. The Clubhouse is adjacent to a lovely heated and cooled pool, a gas grill, picnic table, and marina. All these amenities afford residents the opportunity to socialize, exercise, and relax.

We protect Madeira Cove's residential character by limiting rentals to 10% of total units at any one time and the rental period to a minimum of one month for up to four times a year. Marina boat slips may only be owned or rented to residents of Madeira Cove. Motorcycles and large vehicles such as boat trailers, RVs, campers, and motor homes are not permitted on the premises. Security cameras provide surveillance in the covered parking area of each building. Small pets are allowed. Smoking in common areas is limited to designated areas. Recycling service is available for those who wish to participate.

Madeira Cove is a vibrant community with an active volunteer program. Volunteer committee members have completed several community projects at a significant savings to the Association. A user friendly website promotes communication within the community. In September 2009, Madeira Cove was recognized as a finalist by the Florida Community Association and awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Communication.

In 2015, Madeira Cove won the Florida Community Association award for our "Florida Friendly Landscaping" efforts, and received a key from the City of Madeira Beach.
